Handmade and Hand Painted
The Timba Trend make all pieces to order and hand paint all pieces by hand. No piece is mass produced in a factory, all pieces are cut, sanded and painted individually by ourselves. Each piece, however are the same but may vary slightly due to our handmade and hand painted procedure we pride ourselves in. Keep in mind when purchasing a leather product, that with time leather does age and will darken in colour. This is not a fault and will not be replaced or refunded as it is a natural progression with real leather.
We package our products for transit thoroughly with protective materials to avoid any breakages or damages. Each product leaves our workshop in saleable condition. The Timba Trend do not take any responsibility for breakages or damages that occur during transit. We use a reliable courier service to deliver our products to you with a trust in care with handling.
Postage also covers the costs of handling, packaging and boxes. We have boxes specifically made for our products to ensure they arrive to you in the safest way possible.
Our courier service charge to transit packages according to distance, weight and dimensions. Prices are subject to vary time from time and The Timba Trend are not held accountable or responsible for any under or over charges on shipping fees and will not refund any difference in fees.
Please do not leave a PO BOX address as a point of delivery as our courier service does not deliver to PO BOX addreses. Leaving a PO BOX address will result in your order being delayed with shipment until postage fees are covered. If you have accidently chosen "Pick Up" at check out, please email us immediately to arrange payment and avoid delayed shipping.
You will be given a postage price at checkout. By processing your order and payment, you agree to the Transit/Shipping terms.
You will be notified by our courier service once they receive your parcel via email with your tracking number for you to keep track of your parcel. This is the only third party who will receive these details and it is vital they do to get your parcel to you. All information given by you is confidential and will not be furthered on to any other parties.
Any order that is returned to us due to non pick up from the depot or incorrect address by the customer including nil contact number, return postage will be charged again to the customer. The parcel will be returned to the correct address upon payment of the second postage charge. Should The Timba Trend be at fault eg incorrect address label, we will cover the return costs.
Return of Products
We do not offer refunds on orders, please be sure of sizes, colours and all choices when ordering. We can offer a store credit on orders so long as the order is sent back to us in salable condition at the consumers expense.
For faulty items, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the fault and we will determine if the products is applicable to a refund or exchange.
Natural knots and grains in the timber are not deemed as a faulty product. No replacements, exchanges or refunds will be offered.
No exchanges, replacements, returns or refunds are offered to faulty orders that are more than 30 days old.
The Timba Trend will not be able to provide refunds or exchanges on sale/clearance items.

Customer Service Policy
The Timba Trend is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 2 -3 weeks, in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 5 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
We have an application process for our potential wholesalers. We welcome enquiries from companies who wish to stock our handmade pieces in their stores.
